Arrival & Departure
The apartments are available to you on arrival day from 3:00 PM.
If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please send us a short notice.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:30 AM.
Pets
Bringing dogs is permitted for an additional fee 🐾
Payments & Tourist Tax
A deposit of 30% is required as booking confirmation.
Since 1 January 2014, a tourist tax applies in South Tyrol. It amounts to €3.50 per day per person and is collected by accommodation establishments. Children and young people under 14 years of age
are exempt from the tax. The revenue goes towards developing infrastructure as well as cultural and sporting events.
Cancellation policy
Pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code, the reservation may be up to 90 days before the arrival date without cancellation fee
cancelled by the guest.
The following fees apply for cancellations:
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Up to 20 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- Less than 20 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
In the event of early departure or a no-show without cancellation, the guest is also obliged to pay 100% of the total price.
A cancellation is unpleasant for both you and us. We therefore recommend taking out
travel cancellation insurance

Directions by Car
- Take the Bolzano Sud (Bolzano South) or Chiusa (Klausen) exit
- Follow the signs toward Kastelruth / Seis am Schlern (SS241)
- At the roundabout in Telfen, take the exit onto O.v. Wolkenstein-Street
- Follow the road signs to Unterstandroahof
Directions by public transportation
- Take the train to Bolzano Central Station
- From Bolzano, take bus line 170 toward Castelrotto (approx. 40 min.)
- Get off in Telfen or Castelrotto and from there either walk (approx. 20-30 min.) or take a taxi to the farm
